Oduro notched four points (2-2 FG, 0-1 FT), six rebounds and two assists across 31 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. After spending most of his time with the G League's Birmingham Squadron, Oduro was rewarded with a one-year, two-way contract with the Pelicans in March. He had been waived by New Orleans during training camp last year, so Oduro will likely be fighting for a contract opportunity this fall once again.

Latest Pelicans News
Josh Oduro : Logs season-high 31 minutes
Oduro notched four points (2-2 FG, 0-1 FT), six rebounds and two assists across 31 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. After spending most of his time with the G League's Birmingham Squadron, Oduro was rewarded with a one-year, two-way contract with the Pelicans in March. He had been waived by New Orleans during training camp last year, so Oduro will likely be fighting for a contract opportunity this fall once again.
Trey Alexander : Puts up season-high 16 points
Alexander recorded 16 points (7-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-3 FT), one rebound, one assist, one block and three steals in 32 minutes during Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. Alexander popped for a season-high 16 points Sunday, showing what he's capable of when given significant minutes. The two-way player signed a one-year deal with the Pelicans last summer and mostly played for the G League's Birmingham Squadron this year, so his next steps for 2026-27 are uncertain at this time.
Hunter Dickinson : Plays season-high 21 minutes
Dickinson closed Sunday's 132-126 loss to Minnesota with six points (3-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and one steal over 21 minutes. Dickinson spent the vast majority of his time with the G League's Birmingham Squadron in 2025-26, and he's next set for unrestricted free agency this offseason. The Kansas product averaged 2.4 points, 1.0 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 8.4 minutes per tilt through five NBA games this season, and it remains to be seen if the Pelicans will be interested in bringing him back ahead of training camp in the fall.
Micah Peavy : Puts up 21 points in loss
Peavy accumulated 21 points (6-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), four rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal in 41 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. With most of the regulars out for New Orleans, Peavy again played an expanded role with the first unit. Overall, Peavy was rarely on the fantasy radar this season. Across 61 appearances, he averaged 4.3 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 0.5 three-pointers in 15.0 minutes per contest.
Jordan Hawkins : Scores 13 in finale
Hawkins had 13 points (4-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 33 minutes during Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. Hawkins played a very minor role in 2025-26, appearing in just 51 games for an average of 13.6 minutes per contest. He produced 5.1 points, 1.7 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.9 three-pointers, shooting just 36.6 percent from the field.
Jeremiah Fears : Scores 36 in regular-season finale
Fears totaled 36 points (12-28 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 12-14 FT), 10 rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block across 41 minutes during Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. Fears continued his strong scoring stretch to close the regular season, scoring exactly 36 points for the second straight game. His usage spiked over the past three contests, averaging 28.7 field-goal attempts after not reaching the 20-attempt mark in any prior game. The No. 7 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft will close his rookie campaign averaging 14.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals across 82 appearances (49 starts).
Derik Queen : Productive despite loss
Queen went for 30 points (11-28 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 7-8 FT), 22 rebounds, four assists, one steal and a block in 41 minutes during Sunday's 132-126 loss to the Timberwolves. Queen was dominant on the glass Sunday, collecting a career-high 22 rebounds. The impressive rookie was also able to amass 30 points by being especially aggressive in hunting his shot. This was evident in the fact that he took 28 shots from the floor, blowing past his previous high of 18 attempts. Queen averaged 24.0 points, 18.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.7 steals in 39.0 minutes per contest over his last three appearances to close the season.
Kevon Looney : Not starting Sunday
Looney is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's regular-season finale in Minnesota. Josh Oduro will replace Looney in the first unit for Sunday's game, and with the Pelicans mathematically eliminated from the postseason, Looney might not be in the rotation. As a reserve this season, Looney has averaged 2.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
