Kentavius Street: Everything you need to know

Street is expected to sign with the Bears, Courtney Cronin of ESPN reports. Street spent the past three seasons with the Falcons and is now set to head to Chicago. The 29-year-old has amassed 10.5 sacks across his eight-year career and will likely serve as a depth defender with the Bears.

Street (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game against the Rams, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports. Street has played in each of the Falcons' last six games, logging 17 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 sacks, over that span. He will observe Monday night's game from the sidelines, and his absence means Elijah Garcia and Brandon Dorlus are in line for more rotational snaps on the Falcons' defensive line. Street's final opportunity to play this season is against the Saints on Sunday.

The Falcons re-signed Street to a one-year deal Monday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports. Street, a 2018 fourth-round pick from NC State, appeared in 13 games for the Falcons in 2024, tallying 15 total tackles across 267 defensive snaps. Now that he's re-upped with Atlanta, the 28-year-old is expected to serve as a depth piece on the team's interior defensive line.
