Jennings (shoulder) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Texans. Though he practiced fully this past week, Jennings was still listed as questionable for the contest. With his active status versus the Texans confirmed, Jennings should maintain his key role in the Patriots' defense in Week 6. Through four contests this season, Jennings has recorded 22 tackles and 0.5 sacks.

Anfernee Jennings Latest News
Set to play Sunday
Jennings (shoulder) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Texans. Though he practiced fully this past week, Jennings was still listed as questionable for the contest. With his active status versus the Texans confirmed, Jennings should maintain his key role in the Patriots' defense in Week 6. Through four contests this season, Jennings has recorded 22 tackles and 0.5 sacks.
Questionable for Sunday
Jennings (shoulder) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Texans, Mark Daniels of MassLive.com reports. Despite a full week of practice, Jennings is still listed as questionable. The Alabama product has recorded 22 total tackles, including 0.5 sacks, across four games this season. If he's unable to suit up in Week 6, expect Curtis Jacobs or Christian Elliss to serve as the Patriots' top left outside linebacker.
Suiting up
Jennings (shoulder) is active Sunday against the Dolphins. Jennings will return after missing last Sunday's loss to the 49ers. His ability to play should be a boon for the Patriots' linebacker corps in Week 5.
Listed questionable for Week 5
Jennings (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Jennings missed Week 4 against the 49ers with the shoulder injury but was able to practice all week on a limited basis leading up to Sunday's date with Miami. Through three games, Jennings has 14 tackles (eight solo), including two tackles for loss.
Still dealing with injury
Jennings (shoulder) was a limited participant during practice Wednesday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports. Jennings missed the team's loss to the 49ers on Sunday due to the injury and is still not back to full health. His ability to get on the practice field is at least a sign of progress for the Alabama product. He'll try and ramp up his practice activity Thursday, ahead of their Week 5 matchup with the Dolphins.
Not suiting up
Jennings (shoulder) is inactive Sunday against the 49ers. Jennings was previously dealing with a knee injury but had managed to play through it. However, he'll now miss his first game of the season due to a shoulder injury. In his absence, Christian Elliss and Curtis Jacobs could see extra opportunities at linebacker.
Cleared to play
Jennings (knee) was absent from the Patriots' injury report Wednesday. Jennings was listed as a limited participant Monday as he continues to work through a knee injury that also had him limited through Week 2 prep. However, he was ultimately able to play against Seattle. The Alabama product underwent a similar trajectory this week, as his removal from the report suggests he should be a full go for Thursday's game against the Jets.
Still tending to injury
Jennings (knee) was listed as limited on Monday's practice estimate. Jennings was limited early in the practice week leading up to Week 2's loss to the Seahawks. However, he ultimately suited up and compiled eight total tackles in the process. Unless he aggravated the injury, he'll likely be good to go for Thursday's matchup with the Jets, but his practice status over the next couple of days will likely be worth monitoring for assurance.
Set to suit up Sunday
Jennings (wrist/knee) practiced in full Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's matchup with the Seahawks. Jennings began the week with a pair of limited practice sessions due to a wrist issue and a knee injury, but he upgraded to full participation Friday. He's thus in line to play against Seattle on Sunday after notching one tackle while logging 56 percent of the Patriots' defensive snaps Week 1 against Cincinnati.
