Flagler is out for Friday's preseason finale against the Pacers due to a banged knee, Jared Weiss of The Athletic reports. The third-year guard will lose out on a valuable opportunity to make an impression for the Spurs. Flagler is likely on the roster bubble while riding a training camp deal, and his injury could impact the likelihood of him making San Antonio's final roster.

Flagler is listed on San Antonio's training camp roster, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio reports. Flagler spent the 2024-25 season on a two-way contract with the Thunder, but the team didn't extend him a qualifying offer. He rarely saw the floor at the NBA level, and his chances of making San Antonio's final roster are slim. He's likely to end up in Austin with their G League affiliate.

Flagler registered zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) over two minutes during Tuesday's 136-120 win over the Lakers. Flagler failed to record a single stat. appearing in garbage time for the fifth time in the past nine games. In fact, he has failed to score in all five of those appearances, continuing what has been an underwhelming campaign. Through 34 games, he is averaging just 1.3 points in 4.3 minutes per contest.
