Jackson Powers-Johnson: Breaking News

Powers-Johnson (ankle) was spotted participating in minicamp Wednesday, Michael Clemens of the Raiders' official site reports. Powers-Johnson finished the Raiders' 2025 campaign on IR due to an ankle issue, but his participation in Wednesday's practice suggests he's moved past the injury. Back at full health, the Oregon product is expected to start at right guard in 2026.

The Raiders placed Powers-Johnson (ankle) on injured reserve Tuesday. Powers-Johnson was injured in last Thursday night's loss to the Broncos and could be at risk of missing the remainder of the season. Veteran Alex Cappa replaced Powers-Johnson at right guard last week against Denver.

Powers-Johnson (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Monday and could miss the rest of the season, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. After leaving Thursday's game against Denver in the second quarter with an ankle injury, Powers-Johnson will miss an extended period of time. It's a tough blow for the Raiders' offensive line, as the rookie has started seven games at right guard this season.
