As the coming season approaches, Hollins is line to compete with Kayshon Boutte, DeMario Douglas and Kyle Williams for snaps in three-receiver sets, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports. In his first campaign with the Patriots, Hollins put up a 46/550/2 receiving line (on 65 targets) in 15 regular-season contests. However, with newcomers A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs now slated to serve as the team's top WRs and command their share of targets in the process, Hollins may find steady volume harder to come by in 2026, with Boutte, Douglas and Williams also in the mix for looks that don't go to the top duo.

Mack Hollins: Breaking News
Bright spot in SB 60 loss
Hollins recorded four receptions on eight targets for 78 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 29-13 loss to the Seahawks in Super Bowl 60. Hollins led the Patriots in targets and receiving yards, with the majority of his production coming on consecutive catches early in the fourth quarter. The first went for 24 yards over a crowded middle of the field, and Hollins then beat a couple of Seattle defenders to the corner of the end for a 35-yard score. Hollins remains under contract for 2026 and could be back with New England, though the team could also opt to cut and save roughly $4.5 million on the salary cap.
Not listed on injury report
Hollins (abdomen) wasn't listed on Wednesday's practice report. Hollins spent four weeks on injured reserve with the abdominal issue, missing the final two weeks of the regular season and New England's first two playoff contests. He returned for the AFC Championship Game against Denver and caught two passes for 51 yards on 61 percent of the offensive snaps. Hollins appears ready to roll for Sunday's Super Bowl against the Seahawks.
