Williams and the Browns agreed to a two-year contract Monday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports. Williams suffered an apparent hand injury in the third quarter, and his status for the rest of the game is now in question. In his absence, Mykal Walker is a top candidate to see increased reps at linebacker versus Buffalo.
