Adetomiwa Adebawore: Breaking News

Adebawore recorded 36 tackles (14 solo) including 4.0 sacks and a fumble recovery in 17 games with Indianapolis in 2025. Adebawore played only minor roles on the Colts' defensive line in 2023 and 2024, but he became a starter in his third year when three-time Pro Bowler DeForest Buckner (neck) missed seven of Indianapolis' last eight games. He proved himself capable as an interior pass rusher with the elevated snap count, and he may have earned himself some more opportunities alongside Buckner and veteran Grover Stewart in 2026.

Adebawore had three total tackles, including 0.5 sacks, and two QB hits in Sunday's loss at the Rams. Adebawore played on just 22 of the defense's 75 snaps as he's working in a reserve role. However, he's shown improvement this year, which may result in a larger role later in the season.

Adebawore had one assisted tackle in Sunday's win over Miami. He played on 13 of the defense's 47 snaps. Adebawore will work as an interior defensive lineman, so most of his production may be in stuffing the run rather than in the pass rush.
