Daijahn Anthony: Breaking News

Back from injury

Anthony was activated from injured reserve Wednesday. Anthony has been sidelined all season with a hamstring injury. He's been practicing for a week and now appears to be in line to make his season debut Thursday against the Ravens. He's likely to serve primarily on special teams, if active.

Not suiting up Week 12

Anthony (hamstring) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's matchup versus New England. Anthony began the season on IR and has yet to play. He was designated to return Wednesday and logged three full practices this week, but he'll remain on injured reserve for the time being. Anthony's next chance to suit up will come on Thanksgiving versus Baltimore.

Designated to return

Anthony (hamstring) was designated to return from the injured reserve list Wednesday. The second-year pro from Ole Miss has not played for the Bengals this season due to a hamstring injury. He now has 21 days to be added to Cincinnati's active roster before reverting to IR, and he'll likely operate as one of the team's top special-teamers once fully healthy.
