Returns to contest Sunday
Moses (shoulder) returned to Sunday's 26-21 loss to the Seahawks, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv Moses briefly exited the game with a shoulder injury, ultimately returning to action afterwards. The offensive lineman's status at practice will still be worth monitoring ahead of the team's contest against Miami in Week 14.
Leaves game Sunday
Moses (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Seahawks. The right tackle has started all 10 games he's played in this season. Carter Warren is the next available tackle for the Jets with Olu Fashanu starting on the opposite side in place of Tyron Smith (neck).
Good to go Thursday night
Moses (knee) is active for Thursday night's game against the Texans. Moses has been working through an MCL sprain that he suffered in September, but the 2014 third-round pick will play through the injury Thursday and start at right tackle.
Questionable for Week 9
Moses (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Texans. Moses popped up on the Jets' injury report with a knee issue following the team's Week 8 loss to the Patriots, but he was able to practice in a limited fashion throughout the week. If the veteran offensive lineman can't play through the pain Thursday night, expect 2024 first-round pick Olu Fashanu to serve as the Jets' top right tackle.
Set to play
Moses (knee) no longer has an injury designation and will play Monday against the Bills. Moses is fully recovered from an MCL sprain suffered earlier this season. After logging a full practice Saturday, the veteran is ready to return. He should take back starting right tackle duties from Olu Fashanu.
Likely to return
Moses (knee) is on track to play Monday against the Bills, Ethan B. Greenberg of the Jets' official site reports. Moses sustained an MCL sprain and bone bruise back on Sept. 19 against the Patriots and has been out of action since. Originally given a 2-to-4-week timeline for recovery, the Virginia product is in the latter half of that, putting him right on schedule. Assuming he does play, he should take back over starting right tackle duties against Buffalo in Week 6.
Out 2-to-4 weeks
Moses is expected to be sidelined for 2-to-4 weeks after sustaining an MCL sprain and bone bruise during the Jets' 24-3 win over the Patriots on Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Moses sustained the injury on the second-to-last play of the third quarter. He was able to walk to the locker room under his own power after being checked on by trainers, and further tests have revealed that the 2014 third-round pick has avoided serious injury. Rookie first-round pick Olu Fashanu took over for Moses at right tackle, and the former should hold down the starting job while the latter is sidelined.
Awaiting MRI results
Moses underwent an MRI on his knee Friday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Coach Robert Saleh said Friday that they feel "decent" about Moses' prognosis, signaling that the injury he sustained during Thursday's win versus the Patriots may not have been season-ending. Even still, he could miss significant time, and rookie first-rounder Olu Fashanu figures to be the beneficiary in terms of snaps if that's the case.
Downgraded to out
Moses (knee) has been downgraded to out for the rest of Thursday's game against the Patriots, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports. The starting right tackle will have an MRI on Friday, per Hughes. Moses has started 147 of 155 games in his career. Rookie Olu Fashanu replaced Moses on Thursday.
