Dobbins (Achilles) is in line to sign a one-contract with the Chargers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. A second-round pick of the Ravens in 2020, Dobbins had two of his first four pro seasons cut short due to an ACL tear in 2021 and then a torn left Achilles in Week 1 of the 2023 campaign. In his 24 career appearances, he's averaged a robust 5.8 yards on 234 carries, gathered in 27 of 35 targets for 177 yards and scored 13 total touchdowns. Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache penned a letter to NFL teams in late March that Dobbins had received medical clearance to participate in football activities, but his new contract will be contingent on a physical. Once the move west to L.A. becomes official, Dobbins will join forces with former teammate Gus Edwards at the top of the RB depth chart, giving him some sway in fantasy working alongside QB Justin Herbert.

Latest Chargers News
J.K. Dobbins : Slated to join Chargers
Cameron Dicker : Stays in LA
Dicker re-signed with the Chargers on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Dicker ultimately signed his exclusive rights tender from Los Angeles, which was originally placed on him March 8. The Texas product connected on 31 of his 33 FGAs last season, which was good for a 94 percent conversion rate, while not missing a single PAT. He may ultimately face competition in camp, but Dicker should have the inside track on the team's kicking job in 2024.
Ben Mason : Moves west
Mason signed a contract with the Chargers on Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports. Mason has appeared in one game since being selected in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Ravens. He'll now get a chance in Los Angeles with his college coach at Michigan, and brother of his former coach while in Baltimore, Jim Harbaugh.
Kristian Fulton : Inks one-year deal with Bolts
Fulton (hamstring) agreed to terms Friday on a one-year contract with Los Angeles, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Fulton ended the 2023 season on IR due to a quadriceps injury, but he's presumably fully healthy and ready to get up to speed with the Chargers' defensive scheme as soon as offseason workouts begin. The 25-year-old could be an option to start across from Asante Samuel at cornerback for Los Angeles, but the team will likely be most comfortable with Fulton in a depth role after making further additions to the secondary, either in free agency or the 2024 NFL Draft.
Bradley Bozeman : Moves west
Bozeman is signing a one-year contract with the Chargers on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Bozeman was released ahead of the new league year last Wednesday in a cost-savings move by the Panthers. The veteran offensive lineman started all 17 games at center for Carolina last season, but he also has experience playing left guard. He at least should provide quality depth on the Chargers offensive line, if not earn a starting job in 2024.
Denzel Perryman : Links back up with Bolts
Perry agreed to sign a one-year, $3 million deal with the Chargers on Sunday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Perryman will re-join the team which he played for during the first six seasons of his career. The 31-year-old popped in his first season after leaving the Chargers, tallying a career-high 154 tackles en route to his first career Pro Bowl campaign with the Raiders in 2021. His production came back down to earth over each of the last two seasons, as he tallied 83 tackles with the Raiders in 2021 before logging 76 tackles with the Texans in 2023. The 5-foot-11 inside linebacker also appeared in just 12 regular-season games during each of his past two campaigns. Perryman should provide a solid veteran presence for the Chargers, as the team currently includes two rather unproven inside linebackers in Nick Niemann and Daiyan Henley.
Hayden Hurst : Signs with Chargers
Hurst agreed to a deal with the Chargers on Friday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported Thursday that Hurst visited Los Angeles after being released by Carolina on Wednesday. The Chargers' pass-catching corps will look very different in 2024 after Keenan Allen (heel) was traded to the Bears on Thursday, Mike Williams (knee) was released Wednesday, and tight end Gerald Everett departed to the Bears on Tuesday. Hurst missed the final eight games of 2023 due to a concussion and recorded 18 catches on 32 targets for 184 yards and one touchdown.
Troy Dye : Moving to L.A.
The Chargers signed Dye (wrist) to a one-year deal Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Dye has found a new home in Los Angeles after spending the first four years of his NFL career in Minnesota. According to Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Vikings offered Dye more money than the Chargers, but Los Angeles sold the 27-year-old linebacker on "the chance to start." Dye has been a core special teamer for the Vikings over the past four seasons, recording 80 total tackles in 60 games, and he'll have the opportunity to compete for a large role with the Chargers this offseason.
